1. How do you make a personal purchase?


At RO: F we continue to work in a very personal way, so each order is managed directly by the designer. There is a contact form with which you can place an order or send any other appreciation, comment or Christmas greeting. Always subject to availability of stock, fabric or implements. We do not overproduce so sometimes we find parts out of stock within days of going on sale.

If an RO: F item is not available once the order is placed, we will inform you of it as soon as possible. At that time you can modify the order or cancel it.

We reserve the right to modify the articles offered on the web at any time without prior notice.

Orders to minors will not be processed.

2. How long does it take for an order to reach its destination?

Due to the non-overproduction referred to above, in the case of formalizing the order on our part, on average they usually take between 10-15 days although, on occasions, the time may be less.

3. What are the forms of payment?

Payments are made through bank transfer. In order to provide you with the account number and all that information in this regard, please send an email to hola@houseofroof.com

4. How can I find out what my size is?

We are currently working with two sizes: 1-2 and they correspond to a 38/40 and 42 standard. If you have any questions about your size, do not hesitate to send us an email to hello@houseofroof.com and we will be happy to help you.

5. What are the shipping costs?

€ 10 for shipments within the peninsula.

For orders to the Canary Islands or other countries please consult.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, the payment of duties and taxes corresponds to the buyer.

No shipments will be made to PO Boxes.

6. What about returns?

Product returns that do not correspond to a change in size or a manufacturing defect will be your responsibility. Likewise, in the event of a return for another reason, the amount will not be refunded, issuing a voucher in favor of the total purchase excluding shipping costs. The deadline for returns is 14 calendar days from the delivery date. If the shipment for the exchange or return is made after 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt of the purchase, said return would not be accepted and would not be processed.

Items subject to return must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging and with all labels, otherwise they cannot be exchanged or returned.

At the same time you should contact us through the email address hello @ houseofroof. so that we can provide you with all the information in this regard.

Changes and returns will be made within 15 days after receipt in our workshop as long as the products are received in good condition and in the same condition as they were at the time of purchase.

7. Other issues to resolve

Colors and fabric texture may vary due to image processing.

Except for typographical errors, the price of each piece will be the corresponding one at the time of purchase confirmation. It may be the case that a price appears wrong (we will try not to), in that case we are not obliged to place the order and we will try to contact us immediately to confirm or cancel the order.

When placing an order, the Client expressly accepts these conditions as well as the Data Protection and Privacy Policy and the Legal Notice found on the Web http://www.houseofroof.com, therefore, if the Client is not According to them, you should neither browse the Web nor place an order. These Conditions may be modified by Bawest Sl at any time and without prior notice, so the Client must read them before placing each order.
